About Me

Ellen Dahlstrom is an oboist from West Palm Beach Florida, currently based in Miami Florida. Ellen is currently finishing her undergraduate degree in Oboe Performance under the tutelage of Robert Weiner at the Frost School of Music. Through her experience at Frost Ellen has pursued becoming a multi-faceted musician. Developing skills in composition and arranging, conducting, production and producing shows and events, Ellen has found a love in every aspect in creating a performance that will make a lasting impact on an audience-goer.

Through this love of production Ellen founded Azuré Artists, a South Florida based contracting agency for a plethora of different types of events. To push for more live music representation the goal of Azuré Artists is to connect audiences with musicians to create a bespoke productions that will enhance and elevate any event.

Ellen performs throughout South Florida in The Florida Philharmonic, The Palm Beach Symphony, Florida Grand Opera, The Frost Symphony Orchestra and The Gulf Coast Symphony. She also performs with various chamber orchestras and chamber groups for chamber concerts and showcases.

Outside of performing and organizing performances Ellen enjoys the beach (especially in Jupiter, FL), reading, running and spending time with family, friends and her cat Olive.
