Ellen Dahlstrom is an oboist, arts professional, and entrepreneur based in South Florida. She is currently pursuing her Master of Music in Oboe Performance at Yale School of Music under the tutelage of Stephen Taylor, following her undergraduate studies in Oboe Performance at the University of Miami Frost School of Music with Robert Weiner.

Ellen performs throughout South Florida with leading professional ensembles, including the Florida Grand Opera, Palm Beach Symphony, and The Florida Philharmonic. Her experience spans orchestral, opera, and chamber music, with a particular interest in creating meaningful live music experiences for diverse audiences.

Beyond performance, Ellen is passionate about the business and production side of the arts. Through her work as a musician and arts entrepreneur, she has developed a strong understanding of the needs of both performers and event professionals; from assembling the right ensemble to creating a bespoke musical experiences for clients and guests.

This passion led Ellen to found Azuré Artists, a South Florida-based luxury music agency specializing in the professional contracting of local musicians for private events, weddings, corporate functions, galas, and other high-profile occasions. Azuré Artists connects clients with talented professional musicians throughout the greater South Florida area, creating customized musical experiences designed to complement and elevate each event. The agency also provides musicians with opportunities to perform at large-scale and high-profile events, helping create sustainable professional opportunities within the local music community.

Ellen’s approach to Azuré Artists is rooted in the belief that live music should be more than an addition to an event—it should be an integral part of the experience. By combining artistic excellence with thoughtful production and personalized service, Azuré Artists strives to bring exceptional live music into some of South Florida’s most memorable occasions.

Outside of music, Ellen enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, swimming, and quality time with family and friends.
